Partitions

They are manufactured from modular heat-insulating panels, constructed in the form of a sandwich, composed of external coating plates with high chemical resistance to cleaning and / or disinfecting agents fixed to a substrate composed of low density material, with characteristics of low thermal conductivity and good acoustic attenuation.

The panels have been developed for use in environments where asepsis is a full-time need and therefore the flatness of its surface, the smooth integration between the building elements, the ease of hygiene, the resistance to the chemical agents used, the very low adhesion of airborne particles and the non-release of particles from its surface are fundamental characteristics.

Panels in PUR/PIR

The PUR or PIR panels are the most advanced system for prefabricated buildings in Clean Rooms and other applications with severe requirements of low flammability.

  • PUR (rigid polyurethane foam) or PIR (polyisocyanurate) insulation core injected into temperature-controlled continuous presses with class R1 flame retardant, according to NBR 15366 (ABNT), with an apparent specific molded mass between 38 and 42 kg/m³.
  • Pre-painted galvanized steel coatings in white RAL 9003 (other colors on request), AISI 304 2B stainless steel or galvalume.
  • Insertion of the core in the form of a male / female, ensuring perfect tightness and internal joint of the finger joint plates.

Panels in EPS

EPS panels are widely used as heat insulating systems. They consist of a CFC-free EPS (polystyrene expanded) insulating core, characterized as flame retardant, in accordance with NBR 11948 (ABNT) and with a specific apparent minimum mass of 15kg/m³.

  • Prepainted galvanized steel coating in white RAL 9003 (other colors on request) or galvalume.
  • Insertion of the core in the form of a male / female, ensuring perfect tightness and internal joint of the finger joint plates.

Doors

The doors are composed of an outer structure constructed of aluminum profiles and filled with a substrate based on low density material. They have several options of coating, being able to be in painted steel sheet, stainless steel and formica.

The standard manufacturing models are equipped with 304 stainless steel hinges, fixed and embedded in special stops (for partition or masonry), fitted with rubber gaskets. They are fitted with locks and locks with oval cylinder, 2 (two) keys and knobs.

The sliding models are fitted with a set of sheaves mounted on their upper part, supported by a suspended track. The rail is protected by a gang of stainless steel plate.

All the doors have an airflow regulator in the lower part to facilitate the service of the pressure cascade control.

Pass-Through

Transfer of products and / or tooling between environments of different pressures, cleaning class, temperature and / or relative humidity.

Swell pass-throughs are fabricated for any type of wall and are installed using rounded edge profiling, taking all existing 90 ° angles resulting from the interface between the pass-through and the wall or partition.

Displays

The displays applied to the modular partition panels and / or the door sheets and are designed to be integrated therein.

They can be manufactured with or without the use of aluminum profiles. For the viewers with rounded corners, we do not have the application of aluminum profiles in their manufacture, already the viewers with 90º corners have aluminum profiles in their manufacture and finishes, but both guarantee the continuation of the flatness of its internal and external surfaces, facilitating its cleaning.

Both have a spacer between the glasses, and for the with rounded corners is used a rubber profile of neoprene, used as a gasket and spacer element for the glasses. Upon adhesion of the gasket, a crystal glass panel is mounted on each face of the panel, and then the assembly is sealed by a bead of aseptic silicone based adhesive.

For viewers with 90º corners, an aluminum profile is used as a spacer.

The cuts of the panels and the glasses have their corners rounded, which avoids the accumulation of particles and facilitates their hygiene. The air between the glass is removed through the compartment in the base with silica, avoiding the condensation of humidity inside and preventing (in most cases) or retarding (in some cases critical) the condensation of moisture on the external surfaces.

The dimensions can also be adapted according to the design.

Electric door interlocking

For electrical interlocking, one can consider the set of two or more ports for the system and the working logic is:

The normally open interlock system (without pushbutton) has the function of not allowing the opening of two doors or more ports simultaneously;

This system will be activated from the opening of one of them, where it will automatically lock and illuminate the flag of the other door (s).

This type of interlocking is ideal for clean areas, since the absence of the drive buttons prevents particles from accumulating at this point, as well as minimizing to the maximum the great problem of this type of equipment, which are the defects and breaks of these buttons.

Lamps with maintenance underneath and above the lining

Cleanroom luminaires have been specially developed for the use of tubular fluorescent lamps and designed for application in environments where asepsis is a full-time need.

They have very high watertightness and were made to be fully embedded in the lining. They are of robust construction in folded steel plate subjected to anticorrosive chemical treatment, finished in hybrid epoxy base paint in white, and have an open optical system (without fins), composed of faceted side reflectors and transparent glass closure, ensuring a good uniformity of luminous flux.

In addition, all luminaires are supplied complete with reactors, lamps, sockets and power cable.

Differential pressure gauge

They are necessary equipment to measure the pressure difference between rooms or classified environments.

Assembly is done using a panel to embed the equipment and fix it to the existing partition.

In them will be installed pipes, which will be responsible for measuring the pressure difference between the rooms. The finish of the panel next to the partition is made with a rounded sanitary profile, following the same pattern that exists in the work.

Stainless steel tubular protector

Used to protect partitions against equipment beats and pallets.

Air Conditioning and Utility Shafts

The shafts are technical closures executed on pipes of fluids, conduits, electrodes, ducts of conditioned air, etc. which, due to their dimensions, need for access for maintenance, difficulty in their hygiene or any other characteristics, can not be directly embedded in partition panels (or masonry) and yet due to their physical arrangement or necessity of the installation of derivations, they need to pass through the production environments.

Removable panels

They are composed of sandwich-type partition panels, filled by a substrate of low density material (with low thermal conductivity characteristics), coated on both sides by sheets of materials with high chemical resistance to cleaning and / or disinfecting agents, fixed to be headed by an “R” aluminum profile and provided with a counter-profile of the same type, forming a male-female joint.

The counter-profile can be mounted on a cut-out made in one or more partition panels or in the masonry itself.

They are necessary for the entry of new equipment within the clean area or the exit of equipment for maintenance and that by their dimensions do not pass through the existing doors.
